For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders over \u20ac30 are shipped free of charge. For orders under \u20ac30, a small contribution of \u20ac2.95 towards shipping costs applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also deliver to Germany, France and other European countries. Different shipping surcharges apply per country; delivery usually takes 24\u201348 hours longer than within the Netherlands and Belgium. All international orders must be paid for in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by DHL or Claassen from Monday to Saturday, usually within 4 working days between 8:00 and 17:00. By signing for receipt, you confirm that the shipment has been received in good condition. If you are not at home, the carrier will try again the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL pickup point. Look up the nearest pickup point and enter this location as your delivery address during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your order has not been delivered within 4 working days, please send an email to info@benc.nl. Include your name, address details, order number and order date; we will investigate the shipment and get back to you by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also pick up your products yourself if you place your order at least one day in advance. Choose \u201cPickup at Beauty & Care\u201d during checkout. Pickup is possible on working days from Monday to Friday between 14:30 and 16:30 at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
