It&#8217;s a bit like the Davos scent.<\/p>\n<h2>Use Sauna Gold mix<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the sauna:<\/strong> add 24 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub<\/li>\n<li><strong>In an aroma burner:<\/strong> add 5 to 10 drops to the water in an aroma burner<\/li>\n<li><strong>On an aromastone:<\/strong> add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone<\/li>\n<li><strong>In a diffuser:<\/strong> add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the diffuser<\/li>\n<li><strong>For steaming:<\/strong> add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head<\/li>\n<li><strong>In the steam room:<\/strong> add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe<\/li>\n<li><strong>In a massage oil:<\/strong> add a maximum of 10 drops of sauna gold mix to 100 ml Sweet Almond oil for a natural massage oil or skin oil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In the bath:<\/strong> use our <a title=\"Eucalyptus and Pine bath oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benc.nl\/nl\/body\/bad-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eucalyptus and Pine bath oil<\/a> for Sauna Gold mix in the bath, otherwise Sauna Gold mix will float on the water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sauna Gold mix mixes well with<\/h2>\n<p>The essential oil mixes well with citrus, pine, lavender, lemongrass and peppermint oil.<\/p>\n<h3>About the bottles<\/h3>\n<p>The 5 ml and 20 ml brown glass bottles contain a dropper and a child-friendly cap and the 100 ml brown glass bottles contain a pipette.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sauna Gold mix has a fresh, sweet-balsamic, pine, eucalyptus, menthol aroma.
