All these natural essential oils combine well with each other and are excellent for use in:

• In the sauna: add 5 to 10 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub
• In an aroma burner: add 5 to 10 drops to the water in an aroma burner
• On an aromastone: add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone
• In a diffuser: add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the diffuser
• For steaming: add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head
• In the steam room: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• In a massage oil: add a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
• In a body lotion: add a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.

Essential Oil Classic Giftset contains:

• 20 ml Mint oil
• 20 ml Lavender oil
• 20 ml Pine oil
• 20 ml Eucalyptus oil
• 20 ml Orange oil

A good structure for an infusion in the sauna can be:

• Lavender – Eucalyptus – Mint
• Orange – Lavender – Mint
• Eucalyptus – Pine – Mint

This gift package is supplied in gift boxes per scent and a gift outer box. 20 ml = 400 drops. 5 x 400 drops = 2000 drops Only 3 to 10 drops are needed per use to achieve a good scent. This set will probably last you a while.
