Chestnut mix is an essential oil mix. The Sweet Chestnut is said to have been brought to the more northern countries by the Romans to feed the legion. In France, eating roasted chestnuts in autumn is a delicacy.

Use Chestnut mix

• In der Sauna: Fügen Sie 24 Tropfen zu einer Eiskugel oder zum Wasser in der Saunawanne hinzu.

• Zum Dämpfen: Fügen Sie maximal 1 bis 4 Tropfen zu kochendem Wasser hinzu und inhalieren Sie den Dampf mit einem Handtuch über dem Kopf.
• Im Dampfbad: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• In einem Massageöl: add a maximum of 25 drops of Chestnut mix to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil for a refreshing massage or skin oil.
• In a body lotion: put 25 drops of Chestnut mix in 250 ml of neutral body lotion.
• In a neutral shower gel: use Chestnut in autumn for a wonderful scent while showering. Add 25 drops of Chestnut mix to 250 ml of neutral shower gel.

The 5 ml and 20 ml brown glass bottles contain a dropper and a child-friendly cap and the 100 ml brown glass bottles contain a pipette. The 500 ml and the liter bottle are used as refill packaging.
