Use Lime oil

• In der Sauna: 20 Tropfen auf eine Eiskugel oder in das Wasser des Saunabotts geben
• In einer Duftlampe: Geben Sie 5 bis 10 Tropfen in das Wasser einer Duftlampe.
• Auf einem Duftstein: Geben Sie 2 bis 4 Tropfen auf den Duftstein des Aromasteins.
• In einem Diffusor: Geben Sie 2 bis 4 Tropfen in das Wasser des Diffusors
• Zum Dämpfen: Fügen Sie maximal 1 bis 4 Tropfen zu kochendem Wasser hinzu und inhalieren Sie den Dampf mit einem Handtuch über dem Kopf.
• Im Dampfbad: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• In einem Massageöl: add a maximum of 10 drops of Lime oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
• Im Bad: nutzen Sie unsere Auszeit-Badeöl for Lime in the bath, otherwise Lime oil will float on the water. Me Time bath oil contains natural Lime, Mint and Lavandin oil.

Extraction of lime essential oil

Lime essential oil is extracted by cold pressing the peel in Mexico. 1 liter of lime oil requires 50 to 100 kilos of lime peel. Lime oil has a clear to light yellow color.
