Verwendung

• In einem Massageöl: add a maximum of 25 drops of peppermint oil to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil for a natural, refreshing massage oil.
• Zum Dämpfen: Fügen Sie maximal 1 bis 4 Tropfen zu kochendem Wasser hinzu und inhalieren Sie den Dampf mit einem Handtuch über dem Kopf.
• Im Dampfbad: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• Im Bad: nutzen Sie unsere Auszeit-Badeöl for mint in the bath, otherwise mint essential oil will float on the water.
  Verwenden Sie im Sommer 25 ml dieses Badeöls für die erfrischende Wirkung.
• Apply some Peppermint oil diluted in Sweet Almond oil to the temples and forehead for a cooling effect, to combat tension headaches and prevent skin irritation.

Before you have extracted 1 liter of oil, you need 100 to 200 kilos of dried peppermint leaves from the Mentha Piperita. Peppermint oil has a transparent to light green color.
