Peppermint sauna aroma has a pungent, grassy-minty camphoraceous aroma. Mints have been cultivated in China and Japan since ancient times.

Operation

Natural, essential Peppermint oil has a refreshing and cooling effect. The fresh and slightly sharp scent has a stimulating effect on the brain. The scent wakes you up, invigorates and has a strong uplifting effect.

Mint helps you concentrate better by sending energy to the head and brain. This sauna infusion provides relief for respiratory problems and inhaling it is experienced as pleasant by many asthma patients.

Verwendung

Use 5 ml per liter of water or ice in the sauna bucket. If the scent is too weak, use a little more. If the scent is too strong, use a little less.

Peppermint sauna aroma mixes well with:

Lemon, Pine, Eucalyptus, Cherries, Spearmint, Lavender, Lemongrass, Mint, Menthol and sweet scents.
