Use Summer mix
- In der Sauna: Fügen Sie 24 Tropfen zu einer Eiskugel oder zum Wasser in der Saunawanne hinzu.
- In einer Duftlampe: Geben Sie 5 bis 10 Tropfen in das Wasser einer Duftlampe.
- Auf einem Duftstein: Geben Sie 2 bis 4 Tropfen auf den Duftstein des Aromasteins.
- In einem Diffusor: Geben Sie 2 bis 4 Tropfen in das Wasser des Diffusors
- Zum Dämpfen: Fügen Sie maximal 1 bis 4 Tropfen zu kochendem Wasser hinzu und inhalieren Sie den Dampf mit einem Handtuch über dem Kopf.
- Im Dampfbad: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
- In einem Massageöl: add a maximum of 25 drops of Summer mix to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
