This natural essential oil blend contains Lavandin, Litsea Cubeba and Oregano oil. Body Balance mix is also included in Body Balance bath oil.
Fragrance Litsea Cubeba oil
Litsea Cubeba oil has an intense lemony, fresh, sweet-fruity scent with a light floral base note. The scent of Litsea is sweeter than Lemongrass. This essential Litsea Cubeba oil falls under the citrus essential oils.
How Litsea Cubeba oil works
This essential oil has a relaxing effect and works well against anxiety and depression.
Fragrance Oregano oil
Oregano is very similar to Marjoram oil. The scent of Oregano oil is intensely spicy, warm and bitter and also resembles thyme oil.

Use Body Balance mix
- In the sauna: add 20 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub
- In an aroma burner: add 5 to 10 drops to the water in an aroma burner
- On an aromastone: add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone
- In a diffuser: add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the diffuser
- For steaming: add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head
- In the steam room: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
- In a massage oil: add a maximum of 20 drops of Body Balance mix oil to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
- In the bath: for Body Balance in the bath, use our Body Balance bath oil
