This Geranium oil from Egypt fills any desired space with a rosey-sweet, minty aroma. The scent can be described as warm, sweet, spicy with a clear rose note. Soothes psychological and physical pain, fatigue and provides balance and strength. This fragrance is very popular in the perfume industry as a heart note or middle note. Geranium creates a fresh, harmonious atmosphere when used in aroma diffusers.
Use Geranium oil
- In the sauna: add 24 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub
- In an aroma burner: add 5 to 10 drops to the water in an aroma burner
- On an aromastone: add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone
- In a diffuser: add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the diffuser
For steaming: add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head - In the steam room: add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
- In a massage oil: add a maximum of 10 drops of Geranium oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
- In the bath: add a few drops of Geranium oil to Lavender bath oil because otherwise Geranium oil will float on the water
Warnings
- Do not take the essential oil neat or use it neat on the skin.
- Avoid this essential oil during pregnancy.
Geranium oil mixes well with
This oil mixes well with Bergamot, Lemon, Lavender, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Rose, Orange and Jasmine.

This Geranium oil is Pelargonium Graveolens. The essential oil is extracted from Geranium in Egypt. About 500 to 1000 kilos of fresh or slightly dried geranium leaves are needed for 1 kilo of Geranium oil. The color of Geranium oil varies from light yellow, light green to yellow-brown. Geranium is also used as a cheaper substitute for the popular Rose oil. Geranium oil is seen as a women’s oil. Geranium is a calming and soothing essential oil.
About the bottles
The 5 ml and 20 ml brown glass bottles contain a dropper and a child-friendly cap. The 100 ml brown glass bottles contain a pipette. The 500 ml bottle is used as a refill pack.
