Ginger mix contains warm citrus and spice essential oils to represent a fresh, sweet-spicy, and at the same time warm ginger scent. As a result, the ginger mix has a soothing and natural scent.

Ginger is the tuberous rhizome of the Zingiber officinale plant. It is a versatile spice known for its sharp, spicy flavor and is used worldwide in tea, dishes, and as a seasoning.

Effect of Ginger Mix

This essential oil blend is a mental stimulant and helps stay alert. The essential oil blend is warming and is therefore suitable for muscle pain in cold or wet weather.

In total, therefore, the combination of these scents works to relax and become calm and balanced.

Use Ginger mix

• In the sauna: add 24 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub
• In an aroma burner: add 5 to 10 drops to the water in an aroma burner
• On an aromastone: add 2 to 4 drops to the stone of the aromastone
• In a diffuser: add 2 to 4 drops to the water in the diffuser
• In a massage oil: add a maximum of 20 drops of Ginger mix oil to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil.

Warnings

• Do not ingest the essential oil undiluted or use it undiluted on the skin.

Ginger mix mixes well with

The essential oil mix blends well with cedarwood, orange, mandarin, lime, lemongrass, black pepper, spearmint, mint, and peppermint oil.

About the bottles

The 20 ml brown glass bottles contain a dropper and a child-resistant cap, and the 100 ml brown glass bottles contain a pipette.
