Mixing ratio: 2 cm paint: 10 drops of oxidant. PLEASE NOTE: the oxidant is not included, it must be ordered separately. RefectoCil is an unprecedentedly popular brand in the field of eyelash and eyebrow dye.
With a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes, RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye provides a well-covering tint that lasts for weeks, is light and water-resistant with the best result when using 3% hydrogen peroxide.
RefectoCil offers you the choice between the RefectoCil oxidant 3% liquid or cream. Through your creativity and the different colors of RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow paint, you can create colors that will surprise you!
