À quoi sert l'huile essentielle ?

In perfumes, this essential oil mix is used as an upper to mid-tone. This essential oil is widely used in oral care products, cough syrups and ointments.

Use Me Time mix

• Dans le sauna : ajoutez 24 gouttes à une sphère de glace ou à l'eau du bac du sauna
• Dans un brûle-parfum : ajoutez 5 à 10 gouttes à l'eau d'un brûle-parfum
• Sur un galet aromatique : ajoutez 2 à 4 gouttes sur la pierre de l'aromapierre
• Dans un diffuseur : ajoutez 2 à 4 gouttes dans l'eau du diffuseur
• Pour la cuisson à la vapeur : add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head
• Dans le hammam : add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• Dans une huile de massage : add a maximum of 25 drops of Me Time mix to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
• Dans le bain : use our Huile de bain Me Time for Me Time in the bath, otherwise this essential oil mix will float on the water
