Utilisation

• Evaporate in a diffuser: ajoutez 2 à 4 gouttes dans l'eau du diffuseur
• Dans une huile de massage : add a maximum of 25 drops of peppermint oil to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil for a natural, refreshing massage oil.
• Pour la cuisson à la vapeur : add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head
• Dans le hammam : add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• Dans le bain : use our Huile de bain Me Time for mint in the bath, otherwise mint essential oil will float on the water.
  Utilisez 25 ml de cette huile de bain en été pour son effet rafraîchissant.
• Apply some Peppermint oil diluted in Sweet Almond oil to the temples and forehead for a cooling effect, to combat tension headaches and prevent skin irritation.
