Mint helps you concentrate better by sending energy to the head and brain. This sauna infusion provides relief for respiratory problems and inhaling it is experienced as pleasant by many asthma patients.

Utilisation

Use 5 ml per liter of water or ice in the sauna bucket. If the scent is too weak, use a little more. If the scent is too strong, use a little less.

Summer sauna aroma can be mixed well with:

Lemon, Pine, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass, Mint, Peppermint and Menthol.
