An essential oil set for relaxation of body and mind

Use Essential Oil Basic giftset

All these natural essential oils combine well with each other and are excellent for use in:

• In de sauna: add 5 to 10 drops to an ice ball or to the water in the sauna tub

• Op een aromasteen: doe 2 tot 4 druppels op de steen van de aromastone

• In het stoombad: voeg 2 tot 4 druppels essentiële olie toe aan een spons en plaats deze in een roestvrijstalen kom onder de stoompijp
• In een massageolie: add a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.
• In een bodylotion: add a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of Sweet Almond oil.

Een goede structuur voor een opgieting in de sauna kan zijn:

• Hammam – Winter – Peppermint
• Cedarwood – Eucalyptus – Peppermint

The giftset is supplied in individually wrapped gift boxes per fragrance for the 20 ml bottles and a gift box for the entire package. 20 ml = 400 drops. 5 x 400 drops = 2000 drops.
