Scent Mint oil

Mint essential oil has a fresh, sharp, slightly sweet, minty scent. Mint oil is also called Mint oil or Chinese Mint oil. The smell and effect are largely determined by the menthol in the mint oil.

The menthol content in the Mint oil should be around 45 percent. Essential Mint oil is slightly less sweet than Peppermint oil.

Because the scent has a fairly dominant overtone, mint oil is hardly used in the perfume industry.

Utilisation

• Dans le sauna : ajoutez 24 gouttes à une sphère de glace ou à l'eau du bac du sauna

• Sur un galet aromatique : ajoutez 2 à 4 gouttes sur la pierre de l'aromapierre
• Dans un diffuseur : ajoutez 2 à 4 gouttes dans l'eau du diffuseur
• Dans une huile de massage : add a maximum of 25 drops of Mint oil to 250 ml of Sweet Almond oil for a natural, refreshing massage oil.
• Pour la cuisson à la vapeur : add a maximum of 1 to 4 drops to boiling water and steam with a towel over the head
• Dans le hammam : add 2 to 4 drops of essential oil to a sponge and place it in a stainless steel bowl under the steam pipe
• Dans le bain : use our Huile de bain Me Time for mint in the bath, otherwise mint essential oil will float on the water.
  Utilisez 25 ml de cette huile de bain en été pour son effet rafraîchissant.
• Apply some Mint oil diluted in Sweet Almond oil to the temples and forehead to combat tension headaches.

The essential oil mixes well with citrus scents, lavandin, eucalyptus, pine, lemongrass and peppermint oil.
